1.The garlic, onion, and capsicum should be diced finely before being placed in a bowl to make a paste.
2.It has been suggested that the pumpkin be cut into rings that measure 0.5 centimeters in diameter.
3.Black olives should first have their seeds removed with a spoon before being sliced into little pieces using a sharp knife.
4.The oven has to be preheated in order to reach a temperature of 200 degrees Celsius before being used.
5.Place the oil in a big saucepan, put it over a burner with a moderate heat setting, and let the oil gradually warm up. This will prepare the oil for usage. The onion and pepper should be prepared by heating some olive oil in a frying pan before being sautéed for five minutes.
6.After adding the garlic and zucchini, heat the mixture for a total of two minutes to make sure all of the ingredients are well mixed.
7.Before continuing with the preparation, it is crucial that you make sure the tomato juice has begun to boil. Wait until the liquid from the tomatoes begins to boil before adding the tomatoes, canned fish, olives, basil, salt, and pepper.
After adding the half cup of milk, wait until the tomato juice begins to boil before continuing to add the other ingredients. After that, replace the lid on the container, decrease the heat of the gas flame, wait 10 minutes for the ingredients to blend and cook, and then remove the container from the flame.
8.You might start preparing the pasta that will be served while you are waiting for the cheese sauce to thicken to the right consistency. While you wait, you may begin preparing the cheese sauce.
9.Start by nearly boiling a third of a cup of milk that has been placed in a saucepan and set over low heat in order to make the sauce. By doing this, you get the milk to the proper temperature for the sauce. The remaining one-fourth of the milk should be combined with the maize flour in a separate bowl.
The last step is to pour the prepared mixture into the hot milk. The liquid should be stirred continuously until it thickens and becomes uniform throughout. After that, add salt and crumble in each kind of cheese, being sure to thoroughly incorporate everything.
10.The pasta should be rinsed briefly before being added to a big bowl with the previously made tuna and tomato sauce combination. It should be rinsed quickly before doing this.
11.Place one of the pieces in a Pyrex dish that has been coated with cooking spray after first cutting it in half lengthwise. The second half of the cheese sauce should then be layered on top of the first half that was previously there using the remaining cheese sauce.
12.The dish should only be ready for eating when the final bit of spaghetti has been added and the last bit of cheese sauce has been put on top.
13.Place the dish in the oven and cook it for 20 minutes at 400 degrees to complete the preparation. The main course should be brought to the table after a ten-minute break to enable it to get to room temperature. It should not be kept in the refrigerator during this time; rather, it should be left out at room temperature.
Cooking advice:
You must use old spaghetti, penne pasta, or loose pasta in any shape or size for this recipe to come out well. You may create this meal using a broad variety of different components and ingredients, depending on what you want to eat and how you prefer to cook it.
Broccoli is a good example, but you could also use other types of veggies in its place. You are welcome to use freshly cut, very finely chopped parsley for the basil if you want.
If you like, capers or chopped tomatoes may be used in lieu of the olives, and baked beans or even salmon can be used in place of the canned fish, if you like. You have the option of using one of these replacements.
Both of these changes are up to personal interpretation and preference. Other ingredients or ingredient types may be used in place of olives in other recipes.
